Hi.
All of you may have noticed we're facing some nasty issues with the website these last few days, namely about how translations appear for us. To prevent several threads about the same topic being created (already happened), I took the liberty to create a new one just to indicate that the Admins have been alerted about the issues. We just have, patiently, to wait til they solve all of them - as they're not affecting user experiences.

Please refrain from creating new threads on the issue. If you do, those will be closed and you'll be pointed to this one.

Several bugs - specifically those affecting translation languages and translation lists - have been fixed; the remaining ones are in the process of being resolved.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We’re currently undertaking a major code refactoring, so unfortunately issues like these are almost inevitable.

My new translation here correctly shows as French>Persian on my profile but as French>French in the translation page. It also does not appear on the list of translations on the song's page.

Hi, in my case I'm experiencing the following issues:

• Two days ago I submitted two translations, but they don't appear in the list (only on my profile), and they are tagged as English instead of Spanish.
One of those translations was made as a response to a request, yet the request still shows as active.

• In my subtitles list, only one page shows (all the rest have "disappeared")

• When I go to the "Songs" tab with the ones I've uploaded, it doesn’t load or takes a very long time to open.

I have the same issue (I think) where this translation of mine showed up differently depends on the location:

On my profile, it showed up as English→Vietnamese
On the translation page itself when logged in, the translation appears as Original English
On the translation page itself when visit as a guest, the translation appears as Vietnamese translation

Here is the weird thing: if I access the original lyrics' page (logged in or as a guest), the translation does not show up at all.

I hope this helps! If this is an unrelated issue, please tell me so I can create a separate post to report this bug.

My translation is not the same for public view as on my page where I have edited and saved the song.

I even deleted it and recreated it but the problem is still there.

I have checked in different browsers where that page was not previously visited, and even with the cache fully deleted, the problem is there. The page in question is

I have done a few translations recently, but this seems to be the only one with this problem. Weird. For the others I checked, mine was the only English translation, but for the problem song, there already was an English translation and I added mine. Perhaps this has something to do with it.
