Nemo should probably be left as it is, from Latin nemo​​​ meaning nobody. The line izgleda da me nema is a play on words because for someone "not to be there" sounds almost the same as nemo​​​ in Latin meaning nobody. Given the context of the song it is more likely that it means nobody than mutely ​? It looks like I'm gone - Izgleda da me nema.
