pour ne plus me voir -> lit. "to no longer see me"; that would be "to see me gone", i.e. a look is enough for her to go away (and leave her son in peace, I guess?).
pour voir une flamme incendier mes yeux et implorer les cieux -> it's the flame that sets her eyes ablaze and beseeches the skies
