Probably because that is the first time that the word appears in the song. Whoever put the lyrics in the video must have felt that the furigana wasn't needed after it was shown once.
The main reason I asked is because it is the only time in the song furigana appears, Also the lyrics have a lot of kanji words written with kana I noticed
Yeah, there's really no set rule for when you should put in furigana or for which words. Most of the time that's just something the person writing it decides - so I can't say why only 頃 has furigana. Pretty much all of the kanji being used are common characters though. Whether to write something in kanji or hiragana is also up to the person writing it. Sometimes, kana is chosen over kanji for stylistic reasons.
