Wow, I'm quite impressed with the transcription.
There are some issues I noticed.
1. ɲ is incorrect, and the correct letter should be ɳ.
2. sɐiː is incorrect and should be siː, which is how it's pronounced and written.
3. pən̪äːhᵊ is incorrect, as the h is (and normally is as well) omitted.
4. ڈھول is a heteronym. ʈòːlᵊ is an instrument (a drum) and ɖòːlᵊ means love, I believe, but they are spelled the same. Here ɖòːlᵊ is used the context is surrounding a lover/couple.

1. Indeed, I got my nasals mixed up!
2. I acknowledge /siː/ is standard, but I heard a glide [sɐi̯] or two syllables [sɐiː] in the song, depending on position and singer. It might just be the metre of the song, though.
3. I listened to that part again, and I am 99% sure I hear [pən̪äːɦᵊ], explicitly with the [ɦ] and an over-short reduced vowel [ᵊ] thereafter.
4. Indeed, I know they're spelled the same - I didn't know the pronunciations differed according to the meaning. Can you shed any light on respective etymologies/semantic shifts?

I'm not that well acquainted with IPA, so you might know better here 😁, but I couldn't really hear the ɦ at the end of 'panah' or the glide.
As for the last question, I'm not really sure, on the surface I couldn't find any separate etymologies (the 'drum' definition comes from Sanskrit 'ḍhōla' and 'love' is a figurative sense of it), but it seems that the word has evolved with two pronunciations – one for 'love' and one for 'drum' at least in poetry. I listened to a couple of songs with that word, and all of them pronounced it as 'd' (and even 'dh') not 't'.

But I find all of these pronunciations, including Pasoori, now a bit weird. It seems that artists, for whatever reasons, seem to pronounce it how it's written – but only when it's supposed to mean 'love'. I'm going to try and search for some older songs and see whether this is a new shift, or whether it's something that's always been like this.
