Thank you. I corrected it. To be honest I didn't understand some parts of the song. I still have problems with grammar.
Thanks for your help. :)
Hello. As native English speaker, may I suggest an alteration to the title itself. My level of Russian is not sufficient to determine which one is the closest to the original. Nevertheless, here are my suggestions: This Is The New Year/ This New Year / This Is New Years.
Furthermore, (tell me if I'm being too critical here) I would like to point out that the phrase "This Is New Year" sounds cumbersome and would not normally be used by your average English speaker.
Also, subject to further verification, I would be more inclined to use: "snowflakes are melting in my hands".
Why?
Because, if I say "snowflakes are melting on my hands", this can mean that the snowflakes are melting both on the FRONT and on the BACK of my hands.
However, if I say "snowflakes are melting IN my hands", this can ONLY mean that the snowflakes are melting on the front side of your hands, i.e. on the "palm" side, i.e. on the side that enables you to hold the snowflakes.
Hope these suggestions are useful.

Hi. I'm not a native English speaker so I didn't recognize the difference. Thank you for pointing out my mistake. I'll correct it. :)
I think "This new year!" look a little weird in English though. It's like an incomplete phrase while in Russian look quite normal. :/

"Это солнце - для тебя, а мне - подмигивает луна."
I don't understand your construction here. Maybe it is wrong, or maybe it is too sophisticated for me. My variant would be:
"This sun is for you, while the moon winks at me"
"Мир, в котором я могу оживить, все, что для тебя осталось сказкой."
"The world, where I can bring to life everything, that is still a dream for you"
After all, we are together day and nighT - there is just a misprint
"Мы вдвоем, когда мы рядом."
I would formulate it as "We are together when we are close". Pretty meaningless, but it is like the original line.
"В новый мир окно открыто"
"The window on the new world is open"
"И теперь ты веришь в чудеса."
It is a statement, not a question: "And now you believe in miracles."
Пусть нам говорят, что это сон
"Let them say to us that it is a dream"
Also:
"There IS my love, my heat THERE, and snowflakes are melting on the hands."
Hope this will help.
