"Et quand j'ai fait l'amour, c'était juste pour le fun"
It would be better to say "Et quand je faisais l'amour".
"j'ai fait" is correct but it sounds like he made it just once. The imperfect tense (="je faisais") is used when you want to express an habit.

Second stanza
Je me souviens de tous mes amis que j'ai connu → Je me souviens de tous les amis que j'ai connus
It's less weird to say "les" than "mes", same as in English I guess.
And "connus" is because of a tricky grammar rule: with the passé composé, when the COD (I don't know if you see what I'm talking about, it's when you ask a question about the verb, such as "qui ai-je connu ?" → answer: "j'ai connu mes amis", so "mes amis is the COD) is before the verb, the past participle must agree with the COD in gender and number. "Les amis" is masculine and plural, so you add the "s" at the end of "connus".

4th stanza
"C'est même difficile d'être sûr" just remove "même", it sounds odd in this case
"Parfois, je n'ai rien confiance" → "confiance" means "trust". I would rather say "Parfois je ne me sens pas en sécurité"
"Il reste le rèmede" I think the meaning in English is that "love remains the cure" and in French you'll just say the same, so there is no need to add "il" since "l'amour" is already the subject of the sentence.
