I tried to explain it in my translation as "blue stream jewels", i.e., I see my precious stones/diamonds/etc. among the sea of asphalt.
It's an allegory, something like: I see my [impossible] dream in midst of all this dirt.

In fact, Piknik songs may often have double and triple meanings (some: totally obscure and inaccessible to those not in the know).
