Hi,

I speak both Dutch and English as my native languages, so I were easily able to check your translation. I have a couple of suggestions:
"Ik sla op de vlucht" literary means "I fly away" in Dutch, therefore "want to" in your translation is redundant.
"Laat me niet alleen" → "Don't LEAVE me alone", rather than "Don't LET me alone"
"Waar ik ook ga" → "Wherever I go" (waar + (dan) ook = wherever)
"Dan verdwalen we samen" → "Then we'll get lost together" (please use "will" in this sentence, rather than "going to")
"Leid me de weg" → "Show me the way"
"Grenzeloze liefde" → "Boundless love"
"Dan verdwijnen we samen" → "Together we will disappear" (disappearing happens instantly, and fading away happens gradually)
"We leven onze dromen" → "We're living our dreams" (right now)
"De dag zal komen" → "Soon the day will come" (no inversion in English)
"Ja, we gaan ervoor" → "Yes, we'll go for it" or "Yes, we'll do it"
"Nu ons leven opnieuw begint" → "Now that our life is starting over again"
"Voor altijd verdwijnen" → "Disappear forever"

Regardless of the small mistakes, I must say this is quite a great translation for someone that doesn't speak Dutch as a native language! The Dutch grammar is not that easy; for that matter it's quite a difficult language to learn.
