Thank You Juliajule! I am studying Arabic now. Still a beginner learning the letter sounds - easier than trying to spell a sound that doesn't exist in English. I am a Spanish speaker and also studied French for quite a few years. This has helped me a lot an my tutor has been very surprised at how well my pronunciation is. Now for me its all about practice and fluency so I don't get tongue twisted. Learning songs is a great exercise! The transliteration helps me tremendously to get in the ballpark while I am still learning to read. Thanks again!
Notes about spellings:
•The writing of the apostrophe between the vowels A, E, O, U is often referring to the letters ع & ء in Arabic, of which non-Arabic speakers mostly have some struggle in pronouncing them.
• The letters "gh" together pronounced as the french "r".
• The letters "kh" together pronounced as "x" in Greek".
