The meaning:

'Esta loca no te olvida' no está en futuro. You can use "This crazy woman doesn't forget you YET. :)
And I don't know what you wanted to mean by "there is something between the two". In spanish the singer says that there is a deuda (debt, indebtedness, obligation) between the two hearts.

Me confunde un poco tu "Someone stole you FROM my heart" y tu "CON la persona equivocada".
1) 'Alguien te robo mi corazón' = 'Alguien "te quitó" (took away from you) mi corazón'. I think the remembered one owned her heart, and now, another heart (woman) belongs to him.
2) And the 'wrong person' is the remembered one.
