Stay With Me
Sometimes I'm a jerk
I have more than enough mistakes
And even if I can do it well again
Then I'm not good for you
Yes, sometimes I'm a piece of shit
But I still love you
I understand it must be hard for you to say you love me
Because I know there are a thousand things you surely hate about me
I would understand if you leave, but I ask you
Can you stay with me?1
Stay with me
I know I say that I'm working on things that I should be doing
But it always goes wrong
Darling, stay with me
Ooh, stay with me
Because I'd die if you're not mine
But just need some time
And then everything will be fine
We say things we don't mean
Which only makes more problems
And I really just want to dance on roses with you
Morning to evening
But I can't be anyone other than myself
Because every time I go right
I feel like I should be going left
And every time I try to be the one you want
I feel like a different person
Because I know there are a thousand things you surely hate about me
But if this is the last time I see you
Can you stay with me?
Stay with me
I know I say that I'm working on things that I should be doing
But it always goes wrong
Darling, stay with me
Ooh, stay with me
Because I'd die if you're not mine
But just need some time
And then everything will be fine
Stay with me (Stay with me)
Stay with me (Stay with me)
Stay with me (Stay with me)
Ooh, stay with me
Stay with me (Stay with me)
Stay with me (Stay with me)
Stay with me (Stay with me)
Ooh, stay with me
- 1. Literally: 'stay at my house'.

haha Oops, I must've got carried away with writing in Norwegian by accident. Will change them to English thanks!
About translator
Great translation. I would change jeg with I in english. Jeg is the first person pronoun in Norwegian, in English it is I. That is the only that should be changed.
