Let me ask you:
First stanza - Since they are talking about the fact that everybody takes part in life: big people, small people, the poor, the rich...etc., is it all right to say "play" and not "plays"? Are you making a single subject out of "the big one, the small one"? Because, in Spanish, the verb repeats and it makes it two different ones.
2. Third stanza - "Play with your clean letters". They are comparing with a game of CARDS.

Thanks Roster 31! I didn't quite read it right the first time! I read it as a command form as in "(You) Play the big one." As for the second suggestion, I was a little confused so I did a little more research and found that "cartas limpias" are related to fortune tellers. Is that what you were going for?

Will, when I said "if you leave it as is, write a foot note", I was refering to the way you had if before, talking about "cartas Tarot". Now, with "cartas limpias', the note is not absolutely necessary. You can leave it but, delete the parenthesis in the lyrics, just put a number 1, or a sign (*), like this: "Play with your clean cards." 1.
and use the number again (or sign) with the note.

Hi, Will!
What I wanted to tell you, was to say "cards" instead of "letters".
"cartas limpias' can be an allusion, as you see it, but I have never heard it. In my opinion, it means "juega limpio", "be honest" in the 'game of life '.
If you leave it as is, you must put a foot note explaining, because I don't think, everybody will understand what it means,
