The plum

Look at me,
I will never confess to you
But if I am sincere,
There is nothing else in this world that I want.

Only one
Bite of the plum,
So sweet that it breaks
The disappointment of my life.

I will die for her
Although she does not know

Delicious
Frozen coconut ice cream,
Your mouth is crying for
A relief from such heat.

Envy
That hides beneath the ground
Where you never look
Because you're embarrased, right?

I will die for her
Although she does not know

“Aunque no sepa” could mean even although I don’t know but the “sepa” is feminine and the singer being male implies “aunque ella no sepa” meaning although she doesn’t know.

I’ve thought about that too. It is correct that the singer is male - however, the sex of the narrator is never stated in the song. Thus, I used “although I don’t know” because it works better with the flow of the song than “although she doesn’t know”.
I might change it. The last “no” in the sentence is very stretched in the original song, which gives some space for more English words.
