Why are you clamoring oh the crazy nightingale
Click to see the original lyrics (Turkish)
Why are you clamoring, crying out, oh the crazy nightingale?
Let this clamor of yours be delayed till you reach the gardens of heaven.
If you can't get the desire of your heart in this world,
oh let it be delayed till the judgement day, in the presence of God.
How should I praise her/him, his/her eyebrowns are dark.
S/he carved an incurable scar in my heart.
Even if the whole world was doctors coming to heal my scar,
I don't want their help, let the cure for my scar be left to Lokman.
For another soul, I have lost my soul
My body has become ashes because of the fire of love.
Emrah wants a kiss from his delicate lover,
if not on this eid, let it be delayed to eid ul adha
