I must remind that there are two versions of the song. The White Army version which also happens to be the Russian and English lyrics. The Romanised lyrics are from the post WWII Soviet version. I recommend making 2 versions of the song one White Army and the other Red Army (quite ironic actually). Cheers all! Hope you notice this.

Original lyrics

Translation
Farewell of Slavianka
The minute of parting near,
You are anxiously looking at me,
I feel your breathing at the moment
And near thunderstorm approach.
The heavy misty air has trembled
Anxienty has touched my temples.
Russia calls for heroic doings
Regiments are passing by.
Goodbye, Motherland,
And please don't forget.
Goodbye, pretty eyes,
Forgive-goodbye, forgive-goodbye.
The years are flying fast,
The trains are going past...
They carry soldiers,
And in the dark sky
The soldiers' star is shining bright.
The years are flying past,
This song is here with us...
We know a sing it,
And in the dark sky
The soldiers' star is shining bright.
