Sava and Danube

I came back last night, wasn't beside you
and I drank for three nights, it is really a hard life
I have had enough mother, and now I feel guilty
because I left her like that...
But I couldn't admit to you that you are the one
I am not crying, it is the smoke in the eyes
Now I'll sing only for her
it's the only thing that remains
Once again poison runs through us
every wound opened like heaven, let it be
What is going to happen with us tonight,
when the melody hits my heart
Strong wind blew my love away
Without you I am crazy, I don't know where to go
I will cry out Sava tears, you cry out Danube
The sorrow will meet at Ušće
But I couldn't admit to you that you are the one
I am not crying, it is the smoke in the eyes
Now I'll sing only for her
it's the only thing that remains
Once again poison runs through us
every wound opened like heaven, let it be
What is going to happen with us tonight,
when the melody hits my heart

Generally an okay translation but not 100% accurate if you ask me.
1. Pevaću sad samo o njoj -> Now I'll sing only for her
This isn't correct. If it was, the lyric would be "Pevaću sad samo za nju". "O njoj:" means "about her". So the English translation here is "Now I'll sing only about her".
2. Sad u nama opet teku otrovi, -> Once again poison runs through us
Poison should be in the plural form, otherwise, the lyric would be "Sad u nama opet teće otrov".
3. Svaka rana ko nebo nek se otvori -> every wound opened like heaven, let it be
Once again, incorrect. The lyric here in Serbian is not in the past tense, so translating it into the English past tense makes no sense. A better translation would be "Let every wound open up like heaven".
4. Isplakaću Savu suza, ti isplači Dunav -> I will cry out Sava tears, you cry out Danube
You're not exactly wrong here, but the translation could be refined to make a little more sense. For example "I'll cry out the Sava river, you cry out the Danube".
5. Na ušću sastaće se tuga. -> The sorrow will meet at Ušće
Ušće here refers to a mouth, a mouth of a river since the previous lyric refers to rivers. The translation here should be "Sorrow will meet at the mouth of the river.
