شعلومه وينه الحلو من يومه متعبني ليه

حارمني نومت عيني وهو بسابع نومه

مشتاق له ومو داري مشتعله من الحب ناري

ملهوفه روحي عليه ما اعوفه اليوم ابد

وعيوني وده تشوفه من عنده ليه محرومه

مايصحه من احلامه وانا احترق قدامه

ليلي ابد ما نامه زادت عليه همومه

يفهمني ياريته بس يحضني محتاج له

بس ردته يسال عني ماعاتبه ولا لومه

لو يعرف الحب قلبه ماكان يترك حبه

هذا الذي عشق ذنبه تنطر دموع غيومه

Translation

What's Up With Her?

What's up with her? Where's the beautiful one? The one who's been tiring me since the start

Depriving me of my sleep while she's in her seventh slumber

I miss her and she doesn't even know, all being fueled by the fiery love

Staying awake, she left me restless to count her stars

My soul longs for her, but I will never forgive her today

My eyes yearn to see her, why are they deprived of her?

She doesn't wake up from her dreams, whilst I'm burning in front of her

My nights are never filled with sleep as her worries are all piled up on me

She understands me but I yearn for her to embrace me, I need her

But her response is to ask about me, I don't blame or reproach her

If only her heart knew love, she wouldn't abandon it

This is the one who loves their sin, awaiting the tears of their clouds
