These people are the oppressed; whether they are the physically oppressed, kept from reaching the economic status of their peers or whether they might be oppressed because of a mentally, infused stigma, they are moving towards, waiting for or just not receiving the help they hope for. Handouts (Welfare) Handups (The Salvation Army) or just sitting on your hands at work or the unemployment line, they’re hoping for their big break.
