Why is there a palatal nasal at the end of "can"? I think it should be dental: n̪ as usual, at least that is how I pronounce it as a native speaker
You can add a ":" after d̥͡ʒ̊ɑ̃: to show the long vowel
Why did you drop /u/ at the end of kuzu and why did you re-syllabize it? It is not something we do.
Why is there a /z/ at the beginning of "sarması"? We pronounce /s/ as [s]
Are you doing transcriptions as you hear or as you think it should be, or using some software?
I am asking to learn.

1. There's a retracted palatal nasal because of assimilation with /dʒ/. also, when adjacent to /c/, /n/ it assimilates to [ŋ̟] (retracted velar nasal), some people transcribes it as just palatal, but is actually a retracted velar.
2. Unless it's like Japanese unvoiced vowels, the final vowel in "kuzu" isn't clearly pronounced. In the first mention of "kuzu sarmasi", the "s" is assimilated to "z"
I make IPA transcriptions as I hear, yep. And sometimes singers don't pronounce standardly

You mean the second /dʒ/, at the beginning of the ciğer? It is true with "yenge" but I don't think /dʒ/ palatalize the dental nazal, as even the affricate itself is a postalveolar. I myself say "can ciğer" with a dental nazal.

I know that glottal stop epentheses are very common before word-initial vowels among languages but it is generally accepted that Turkish doesn't have the sound at all. Actually GS is something we natives have hard time to hear. As I have a relatively trained ear, I can hear glottal stops when voiceless stops precede sonorants in some native speakers' pronunciation. Actually I was looking at some spectrograms a few days ago and I came across traces that I could only interpret as a GS epenthesis.

Hmmm, maybe it is a German influence as he was born in Germany even though his parents are Turks. I'd be interested in if you can catch word-initial GSs with singers born and raised in Türkiye.
