** Side note, I had to mess around with the translation here, as the literal translation came out to be: "yet the last time"

***Kopfkarussell literally translates out to Head carousel

****dass es dir scheisse geht litterally means "that it's shit you"
***** From what I understand, I believe he is referring that soon the idiot is to die.

I have the impression that you didn't understand the German text. You translated word by word and so your translation often means something entirely different than the original text.
Is German or English your native language?

Well, I'll show you a couple of mistakes I found.

"Kumpel noch beim letzten Mal,
da war in deinen Augen Glanz,"
means
"Buddy, the last time (we met)
there still was a sparkle in your eyes"

"doch nach all den Nächten da
sehen sie aus wie ausgestanzt,"
means
"but after all the(se) nights
they look like they have been stamped out"

"fast ein halbes Leben lang
sitzt du nur an Theken dran"
means
"For almost half a life
you only sit at bars"

"feierst deine Nächte durch
mit allem, was man kriegen kann"
means
"you party the nights away
with everything one can (possibly) get"

"immer schon in letzter Zeit

English is my native language, and yes, I realize when I was translating I was having problems with understanding the text. I'm not used to translating German rap. I'm better at pop or rock music depending if it's more straightforward.I'm starting to translate things like this for a better understanding of the language, so I can start understanding it better as a whole. But, thank you, I infinitely appreciate the corrections.

You are welcome. And texts like these really aren't easy, they consist mostly of idioms and the like so knowing grammar won't help you much with understanding the meaning.

Sorry, but gotta correct you there. The last sentence would translate as something like "I'm just afraid of one thing: That you're not" as in "I'm afraid you're not afraid". :)

Yes, that line can also be understood in that way, it's ambiguous.
