Неначе хмари в небі, пропливає час.

І крок за кроком швидко плинуть роки,

Лишаючи у серці спомин повсякчас.

Хай здійсниться усе, що в наших планах,

І світлим буде все, що стане на путі.

Важливо, щоб не бути у капканах,

Були щоб мир, добро і спокій у житті.

Нам кожний день несе свої відтінки.

Давайте все почнемо з чистого листа.

Життя перегортаючи сторінки,

Повірмо у любов, у Бога, у Христа!

The steps of New Year

The steps of New Year are so gracious,

They float in the sky like the clouds,

The pace of these steps is so vivid,

By memories the heart will be touched.

Let our plans be realistic,

And miracles one day will come.

We crave peace and calm, we need kindness,

And hope no new traps will be found...

Each day has its shades everlasting,

So let's see the purest new page.

And as these new pages are turning,

So stable will be our faith!

I started studying English at the age of 4. I've passed several English competitions and exams in Ukraine.
In journalism I focus on the accuracy and depth of covering art, tech and science topics. I think and even see dreams in this language which is an inseparable part of me.
The overal number of my original poems and translations is more than 2000.
Since 2016, I started delving deeper into the hidden pages of Ukrainian culture, literature and history, looking for ideas which didn't seem to have been part of the official high school/higher education/postgrad education curriculum in Ukraine.

My Italian is quite rusty but I keep training and educating myself nearly each day. I used to attend a brief course in this language between 2012 and 2014. Looking for tutors and pals in this language here.
French is easy for me to read and somewhat more complicated to write in. Usually I read simple articles in this language fast enough. I am fond of French fiction literature.
