جلو پامو ديگه چشمام نمی‌ديد

مهربون با يه بغل سبزه و آب
باورم نمی‌شد، اين معجزه بود

Shadow

You were a shadow, just as long as my midday nap
you were a shadow, in the burning heat of the noon
in the unmerciful heat of the sun,
you were a shadow, a pure one
i was a traveler, thirsty for a nap
hungry to grasp a sip of water
my blistered feet could not carry my weight along the road
i was spent, astray and fevered
my eyes could not see what was ahead
until you rose, you nice shadow
gentle, holding water and greens
i couldn't believe, it was a miracle
"it should be a mirage", i thought
