Well, it appears that Tala doesn't say ''Met hem strijk je''. She actually says ''Met hem strijd je'', which means ''You fight with him'' (not as in, you're arguing, but as in, he's on your side in the fight

I cant fix the original but I'll update it in the translation, makes a lot more sense that way haha.
