Lacking Love
Today he got something to eat
Poor child from the street
But today he didn't got somewhere to sleep
Under a bench in a park
He have neither parents nor tutors
Nobody to love him
Ants, fly, mice -
Are his only friends
Lacking love, lots of love
Lacking love, lacking love
This litlle boy is only 8 year old
He's stayin on foorboard of tramway
Nobody cares
Nobody worries of his falling
Because it's not enough of age (he's little)
Or it's much of loneliness
But it's because he sleeps
Troubling the big city
Lacking love, lots of love
Lacking love, lacking love
How to leave them in the oblivion?
How to leave then without a coat (warmness)?
It's impossible to ignore
And sometimes it's not enough of love
Not enough of love, not enough of love
The boy has a guard - an emaciated, faithful and loving
A street dog-attendant
Calling "bear"
They don't want to die
They can't stop suffering
But together they go through everything
They fight for surviving

The translation needs some editing.
In the original, for instance, the first stanza uses "la", refering to "her", then comes "lo". Just in case, for "pobre niño de la calle", I would say "child".
I, personally, would translate the title "lacking love"; then the refrain would be:
"Lacking love, lots of love
Lacking love, lacking love".
