Lança-perfume was a popular kind of drug in the 80's, it was simply a perfumed substance that people spray and smell. Here "act"="sex act". "Deixar de quatro" also means to put someone like fool of enchantment, under one's spell ;)

On the verse: "Ve se me da o prazer de ter prazer comigo..." It should have been : "Give me the pleasure of having pleasure with me."
Actually "Lanca Perfume" was popular in the 50's and then came back in the 80's. But here she could also be referring to pheromones.
