Nice translation, tis quite poetic ;) some suggestions:
Verse 1, line 1: 'encantos' could also be charms/delights, also you could rejig the sentence a little if you wanted -> 'I know what the enchantments of...are'
Verse 2, line 1: how about 'olive-skinned women' for 'trigueñas'?
Verse 4, line 3: it doesn't matter if? destiny treats you with...

Original lyrics
Preciosa
Yo se lo que son los encantos
de mi Borinquen hermosa
por eso la quiero tanto
por siempre la llamare Preciosa
Isla del Caribe
Yo se de sus lindas trigueñas
Se del olor de las rosas
Por eso a mi tierra riqueña
Por siempre la llamare Preciosa
Isla del caribe
Borinquen
Translation
Precious
I know what the charms are
of my beautiful Borinquen1
That is why I love her so much
I will always call her Precious
Island of the Carribean
I know about your beautiful brown-skinned women
I know the smell of the roses
That is why my rich homeland,
I will always call her Precious
Island of the Carribean
Borinquen
The waves of the ocean
that bathe you call you Precious.
Precious for being an enchantment
For being an Eden.
You have the noble gallantry
of Mother Spain.
The fierce call of an Indian brave,
you have that also
Precious, the poets call you
who sing your story
It doesn't matter if destiny
treats you with dark malice
Precious you will be without a flag,
without laurels, or glory
Precious they call you, the sons of liberty.
Precious the poets call you
who sing your story
It doesn't matter if destiny
treats you with dark malice
Precious you will be without a flag,
without laurels, or glory
Precious they call you, the sons of liberty.

Comments
V1,L1 I decided to leave this one as I wrote it because I want to stay closer to the lyrics. It would sound better your way in a conversation, but as lyrics this sounds better to me & it still doesn't lose its meaning. I will say "charms" sounds prettier, so I'll use that.
V2,L1 I meant to write brown-skinned rather than just brown. I prefer to use brown-skinned because it better describes people like me :) (of Hispanic heritage).
V4,L4 I added the if in there, it sounds better.
