At the Time of Separation

At the time of separation,
don't blame anyone for what they say
Couple of words soothe the wound in us
And then everyone is off to his own business

Are the original lyrics correct? The format seems so short to me.

They are mostly correct yes, but condensed to a dangerously unreadable format, I'm rewriting them atm :)

في الدنيا مين يعرف نهاية اختيارة
في حاجات كتيرة تبقى غايبة عن عنينا
