"eelä mi joht olli ja"
is a weird line because joht means "(surely) not" but there is no double negative.
But meaning-wise negative would make more sense because the next lines are about today and tomorrow.
aka
yesterday we were not (here) and today we came and tomorrow we will go again
This one is not in traditional estonian.
It's Võru dialect (thank you, nykti-eoikuia).
