¿No puedes creer ahora?

¿No puedes creer ahora?

¿Puedes recordar y humanizar?

¿No puedes creer ahora?

¿No puedes creer ahora?

¿No puedes creer ahora?

¿No puedes creer ahora?

¿No puedes creer ahora?

Thanks! Spanish seems fitting since the video was filmed in Mexico!

Vimto12Vimto12    Fri, 01/03/2013 - 18:07

Mexican Spanish even more fitting ;)

Maybe we should add Mexican-Spanish to our list of languages?

Vimto12Vimto12    Fri, 01/03/2013 - 18:32

Hmm...maybe, but I don't know whether it'd be worth the effort - I mean we'd have to add the other 20 odd varieties of Spanish too to avoid an uproar ;)

And we would need to add Mexican English too. ;) (And Mexican English from England, And Mexican English from USA, because The English from England is faster than the other english)

I think it depends on the speaker ;)

Don't forget Mexican English from Canada and Mexican English from Australia and also Mexican English from Europe and any other place with a significant Mexican population :P
But as a Mexican would you like to see Mexican-Spanish added to the list of languages?

I dont know. Maybe, because Spanish from Spain is different from mexican spanish. I personally dont like Spanish from Spain. But it is only my humble opinion (that many share, by the way :P)

Mexican english from canada, hahaha, good one. ;)

Vimto12Vimto12    Fri, 01/03/2013 - 19:15

I like all the varieties of Spanish, they all have their little quirks :) Spain Spanish is what I've always been taught so I'm more used to it but I do like the Latin American varieties.
I think I'll start a thread to see what other members think about this...

You will find that mexicans in general doesnt like spain spanish, and that spanish people (in general i guess) doesnt like mexican spanish. But i am not sure. Who knows? :P

ShishirShishir    Fri, 01/03/2013 - 19:27

That's not true :p we find Mexican Spanish funny, but that doesn't mean we don't like it ;) greetings from Spain

i was exagerating. Hate is a strong word. Sorry. But in general we feel the spanish from spain "colder", without feeling.

ShishirShishir    Fri, 01/03/2013 - 19:38

I guess I've got to agree on that :P I always had the impression that Latinoamerican Spanish sounds softer

Softer? haha, I thought we were really loud :P. I dont hate spain spanish, only in movies and in games. But ia have known people from spain and i really like them (even if they suck at street fighter :P)

ShishirShishir    Fri, 01/03/2013 - 20:41

no, I think we're louder :P (or at least as loud as you); but I meant it sounds "sweeter", while Spain Spanish sounds a bit more aggressive :P By the way, I admit I hate watching a film in a different Spanish dialect too :P

You sound more agresive cuz you are generally more agresive people :P. haha, just kidding. I dont think that you sound agresive at all. :P

Also, I feel like people from England DO speak faster than us Americans,

Thank you, haha.

Maybe the dislike of the mexicans and the spaniards dialects (is well written this way?) is more cultural than fonetic. But i dont know, i dont want to gain the anger of the spaniard people :$

Vimto12Vimto12    Fri, 01/03/2013 - 19:46

I've never thought of British English as being *that* fast, but then again I suppose it's all I've known so I'm used to it...

TrampGuyTrampGuy    Fri, 01/03/2013 - 19:35
