*: I would appreciate some help in translating this line, not too sure about this translation :)
**: In italian the moon is feminine, I thought it would take away from the translation to refer to the moon as "it" instead of "her". The translation for this is a bit confusing. He is saying that if she knew she was being looked at (his girl or the moon), she would change, so it's better that she's unaware he's looking at her because she's beautiful and doesn't need to change.
