The Hindi part is supposed to be written like this, I believe:
वो तन्हा कौन है? अल्लाहु अल्लाह

In regards to Urdu – it has been picked over Hindi, as the song contains Islamic themes and the original music video (2:25 onwards) shows the Urdu lyrics.
In the official video, the English verse is followed by the Turkish verse and then Urdu, but on streaming platforms, the English verse is succeded by the Urdu verse and then the Turkish verse is recited.
