I had a professor of theoretical mechanics that was fascinated with me. She couldn't comprehend how I knew all theories, could prove them, could solve any problem she presented in class, and...yet, I was unable to solve one problem that differed. It was easy to explain because my father labored for years, but still trains didn't meet, and, please, God, keep me from calculating water pouring in and out of a pool... Since my family only understood A-grades, I had tutors showing me all variations of problems and then I could solve them without any comprehension... In college, I had a friend whose handwriting I learned to match perfectly, I did her theorems which she never remembered and wrote her essays, but she was able to solve any problem in calculus...physics...theoretical mechanics... By the way, I got all A and she got mostly C-grades... Let's be clear, she was much smarter than me.
Thanks for the suggestion!
Hm, it is a song about math as a scientific field, but not about math itself, and there are hardly any mathematical terms in it; not sure.
Also, I think there are a few short parts missing from the lyrics, some of them in Russian.

Thanks, I've added it to the list!
Loved these - plan to use the new math on our developers.. Lol. thanks! And yes, would you please add these.
Thanks, I've added all suggestions!
Added two of them also to my frame-story collection.
And sure, poetry is always fine in my collections unless stated otherwise.
I hate math but I DO know some math songs that came from a couple cartoon shows
Oh math is fascinating once one wraps one's had around it.
If you'd add those songs I'd add them to the collection.

I guess you could usefully add Tom Lehrer's "Lobachevsky" ti this collection.

A bit too little mathematical focus in that one, though.
