What's a kishibobuta? http://detail.chiebukuro.yahoo.co.jp/qa/question_detail/q1012216730 answers this. Kishibojin is the Japanese name of the Buddhist goddess Hariti, who was worshipped at a shrine near Tokyo. I guess Masayuki Yamamoto made a pun out of this by changing the last kanji ("god") into "buta" (pig). Hence, we have Kishibobuta. Not only that, but there are many pig jokes in the Time Bokan series, including, "the talented pig hides his nose", "sweet-talking the pig into climbing the tree"... haha, I remember coming across both of those in other songs. As for shibibiin, I get the feeling it's a onomatopoeia related to shock, like maybe "do the electric shock" (that's a REAL loose translation), but I left it untranslated in the song.
