BTW, in original it should be “добела”, not “до бела”, but your translation is fine IMHO

I actually thought that someone has bitten him and now, he is chasing her to share the virus ;(

Well, I have no idea. My translations of this song have been beaten up so much I deleted my original. Now someone else did it. For safety's sake I made mine "poetic" so I don't have to be exact. And, I believe it was Sandrig who told me she was a vampire. So, I'm going with that. LOL I'll fix the typo. Thanks.
