Some suggestions:
"deserves someone beautiful like you"
=> "deserves someone as beautiful as you"
"it`s wonderful, that you`re here"
=> "it's wonderful to have you around"
(or at least delete the comma ;))
"Even if your closeness would be toxic"
=> "Even if being close to you were toxic"
"I'd stay with you until the end"
=> "I'd stay with you until I die"
"Your leaving would destroy worlds"
=> Sounds a bit stilted in the original German already (unlike "Wenn du gingest, würde das Welten zerstören"). Not sure if a literal translation does it justice. Maybe something like "If you left, it would destroy worlds"?
"Give me strength"
=> "Fill me up with strength" would be closer to the original.
"that I deserved someone like you"
=> "that I deserve someone like you"
Here, "hab(e)" is not past tense but present ("ich habe dich verdient" = "I deserve you").
"When my life is shaken"
=> "When my life goes helter-skelter"
(with the additional bonus of rhyming with your next line :))
"When I can't find my calm"
=> Or simply "When I'm restless"
As holding true for all my contributions here, rather than an exact word to word translation I tried to mirror the meaning of the song as intended by the artist while sticking as close to the original lyrics as possible. I hope it can be of use to someone out there :)
