*1: Bachicha is a term used in Latin America for migrants of italian descent, the word stemming from the italian last name "Battista" (to be more specific, they got "Bachicha" from a dialectal pronounciation of "Battista"
**2: The spanish expression "dar gato por iebre" is used when someone gets something, albeit of lower quality then what originally asked for. In this song, tho, the expression is flipped around, meaning that the chick got something even better (the sausage dog) than what it originally wished for.

I think it's okay. I might be missing some nuance in Spanish, but "sausage dog" is certainly a common term in English.
