*I've translated melül melül as sorrowfully as it should be but it's some kind of glance that sheeps have before they were cut as they know they are going to die. So, at this point, poet means that this love will kill him.
**There is a word play here. Kerem et- means doing favor but Kerem is also someone who was desperately in love with Aslı. Here, the poet wants his lover to love him back.
