And, as you can see, 「橙のお弾きを一つ呉れた 春の暖かさに寝転んでわらべうた」
the sentence above is one set of sentence. They are not separate.
So, it's not his girl friend who gave him an orange ohajiki, but it is the spring warmth who gave him an orange ohajiki.(I think)

I think, source Japanese lyrics, 「寝転んで笑ってた」is wrong.
It should be 「寝転んでわらべうた」.
I know it because I bought Lamp CDrom with "official" booklet.
Official lyrics is 「寝転んでわらべうた」
I think you can hear "warabe uta" when you listen to youtube video. It's not "waratteta".
