I guess there are some minor mistakes in your transcribtion. The second lines of the first and second verse should be "Sind bei Tische ein superber Diner". The last line of the forth verse should be "Ergaben einmal doch nur Tang" and in the last line of the fifth verse they are singing: Vielleicht doch geben sie ihm rein. This makes no sense at all but it is quite clearly what they are singing.

Original lyrics
Sorbisches Fischerlied
Nejschmi schwali hani joddahej
Rodsche ni sim serbski kra ajo
Des so loso quani joddahej! 1
- 1. This text was given by Nils himself. I don't think it is actual Sorbian or even means anything at all, but I will keep researching!

Sorbian Fisherman's Song
Good fish from the River Spree
On the table make a wonderful dîner
But don't mix them with veal filets
There's nothing like that in the Spree!
Good fish from the River Spree
On the table make a wonderful dîner
But don't mix them with veal filets
There's nothing like that in the Spree!
We're hoping for a good catch
While we must work long days
Good beer and a good working song
Are both particularly important!
We're hoping for a good catch
While we must work long days
Good beer and a good working song
We've only caught seaweed all along!
With a light or white wine
Makes the trout taste fantastically fine
The fisherman doesn't touch the meatballs
But maybe afterall they'll sway his mind

"This song was released on record in 1999, as a tribute to the Sorbs and the art of fishing."
Some verses may be incorrect due to poor audio quality. Feedback/criticisms/corrections are encouraged!
I left out the Sorbian at the end for now and will eventually attempt to transcribe when I have the time - however, if you know what they are singing, please let me know.
