The lyrics contains literary expressions that fall flat more often than not and obviously inappropriate uses of words.
Rather than adding a footnote for each random language register shift or debatable choice of word (that would have been a chore for me and probably for the reader as well), I tried to pick English equivalents as best I could.
By that I don't mean any disrespect for the author or his work. I don't think you need to be Baudelaire to write something worth reading.
