Karl Marx city / Karl-Marx-Stadt = name of the town "Chemnitz" during time of GDR
Diamant = brand for bikes in the GDR (made in Karl Marx Stadt)
Hartz IV = money that unemployed people get (it's not much)
Eastener = person from East Germany / former GDR
Karl Marx head = a statue in Chemnitz/Karl Marx Stadt
Trabant = old car made in GDR
Saxony = the part of (East) Germany where Chemnitz is
