I don't think Folk is appropriate here. For example, the words of

are by Nedîm (1681 – 1730)

Since the words are in the public domain, many people have sung it. These are probably part of the best literature created in Ottoman by great figures, so I don't think they can be called Folk.
That "Ottoman Songs" is very strange to me and I think something should be done about it. I suggest moving its content to "National Anthems & Patriotic Songs": https://lyricstranslate.com/en/national-anthems-lyrics.html
This does not seem to be a real artist. If the writer is known, the lyrics should be moved to his/her page. Otherwise they should be moved to an anonymous category.
