Hope you don't mind some feedback on this song and specifically the word נדר
A נדר is an promise, vow or an oath.. a swear has a negative meaning usually as in you swore at someone. One can "swear an oath" but then it is an oath or a vow and not a swear. A "sworn oath" works also.
בלי נדר is a very common saying and means, "without promising". The reason is that for a religious Jew a promise MUST be fulfilled or the sin is before G-d as well as before the wo/man to whom you made the promise.
