October moon

Of all the moons
the one of October is the most beautiful.
Because it reflects the stillness
of two souls
that want to be happy to
the lullaby of its prime youth

Heart that has felt the warmth
of a pretty woman
during the nights of october
Heart that has known suffering
and loving
Defying the pain

Today that life is about to start
just in the thought
that your love is discovered
the punishement of yesterday
that you gave me ferociously
seems to be dead.

If I go
do not ever disturb
the promising illusion
of my golden dreams1

If I go
Never ever think
that it is for the sole purpose
of being away from you

I will live with the eternal passion that I felt
since the first day (that) I saw you
since the first day (that) I dreamed
what you would be for me

Thank you Elena for the English translation.

Luna de octubre > October Moon
De dos almas > of our soul ??
Que han querido ser dichosas > that want to sing ??
El castigo de ayer > the (castle) punishment of yesterday

Kind regards

de dos almas:oops , for some unknown reason I chose to read an other word instead of dos. Thanks for making me notice it!
Que han querido ser dichosas:I should have read more carefully the phrase-on that moment I tried to translate it together with the next phrase and got confused about the meaning.
el castigo:I read el castillo!!
the conclusion of this is that I should go check my eyes and be more careful with my translations:P.
Thanks for your helpful comment and also thanks for choosing so beautiful songs. When a translation request has your name, I always want to check the lyrics!:)best regards

Corazón - might have better meaning in English as [Oh my] heart

Que serías para mi - I understand as “that you would [someday] be mine
