This type of music is called "manele" in Romania, and it is sang mostly by gipsies. It is not some traditional gipsy music, but some modern crap - in the mind of some people. Some manele have some crappy lyrics about "spending money", "being the boss", "mocking you enemy". Not everyone apreciates this kind of music, because of it's association with the gipsies.
