I saw that video, and it's probably a direct translation of the English lyrics, not a transcription of the Mandarin ones. Until we can verify that those are in fact the actual lyrics of the Taiwanese version, please do not add any lyrics that might be completely wrong.

The subtitles are the lyrics to this version of the song, they were double checked. And the grandma's part is transcribed from the audio.
The lyrics are literal, but they aren't an exact translation of the song.
Taiwan has started to put lyrics in subtitles in recent years. This was the case for the chorus for this wish too.

With [@altermetax]'s help, we checked that the lyrics do in fact match the official audio, and they were thus republished. However, you should have stated where they came from, and you should have quoted not the video, which corresponds to a song that does not exist in the Taiwanese soundtrack, but the audio, providing a link. Please, be careful when transcribing unreleased songs

Thank you for your lyrics contribution! On this site I think we should focus on contributing, rather than questioning things unnecessarily. This song has been released by Disney, its not an unreleased song. Let me also underline: there is no single time zone in this world, in case you forgot :P Congrats on your success!
