Got to say, that ほど is a bit tricky, and I can understand why you translated it like that, but I would rather translate it like this. What do you think?

"I am fine!"
This unfortunately doesn't translate each line one to one from Japanese to English anymore, the order gets scrambled a bit, but as those three lines form one sentence, It works better to rearrange it to a more English sounding sentence.
