Hi, Noura! There are here some cases if misinterpretation. I don't have too much time now, but I'll address the first stanza:
"Tú te la pasas" means "you spend the time.", in common words, "you do nothing but...".
Third verse - "love each other", no "want".
Fourth verse, missing ", no way!" (The original needs some editing. I may look at it).
See you soon
Hy Rosa, I almost forget sorry
I'm always ready and willing to follow your suggestions, I'm waiting for the rest
As for your 1st Interpretation I don't think It fits en this context cuz Ozun says 'LA PASAS DE AQUI PA' ALLA/ ACA 'In my opinion they talk about passing something like a joint or a cup from a place to another else I don't see how 'spend' goes with the second part ' from here to there unless It means something else
THANK YOU
Hi, Noura!
There you have an explanation. So, I'll repeat that they are not passing anything, but the time. "Te la pasas" is a popular expressions that means something like, "All you do is...". " DE AQUI PA' ALLA/ ACA" is like saying "coming and going" / "back and forth", and nothing accomplished: a waste of time.
I still have to read the rest.
Noura,
you may not come back to this translation to do any corrections bur, I want to tell you one more thing:
The verse "I know you were waiting for me to find you", actually is, "I know that I was waiting for you, that I looked/searched for you".
Hasta la próxima
Thank your Rosa and Ana for your pretty passing and help
It's how they said It In the video and en some languages like German I think they pronounce W as V but If you want I can change It as you say
Thanks
