I just now noticed the comments on the first translation of this song, and I feel these comments are worth gold, so let me repeat it here too, using the words of the other (obviously Finnish native) translator but with his/her comments but put in a little more comprehensible way for us native English speakers:
This song is a playful take on first world problems.
It is referencing two sayings about being grateful for what you have because there are others that are off worse than you. A stereotypical Finnish saying is" "Being born in Finland is like winning the lottery". Another one: "Think about the starving kids in Africa" is often said to kids to get them to finish their meal.
Kaisa was inspired to write the song when she hadn't finished her beer in a pub and her friend said: "think about the boys in Sudan who'd like to get drunk."
